We proudly ship eligible products throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on product size, weight, destination, and customization requirements.
 

Custom-built items may require additional production time before shipment. Customers will be notified of estimated completion and shipping timelines at the time of purchase.
 

The Furniture Phoenix is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-delivery requests.
 

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect all shipments upon arrival.
 

Any visible shipping damage should be documented and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos may be required to assist with shipping claims.
 

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
 

The Furniture Phoenix does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom furniture, woodworking projects, reclaimed wood products, remodeling services, or made-to-order items.
 

Customers are encouraged to review all project details, specifications, dimensions, finishes, and customization selections prior to purchase approval.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or if an incorrect item was received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 

We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution when applicable.
