Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Furniture Phoenix, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom-built and handcrafted, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy.
 

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to bauercompltd@gmail.com or by phone at (719) 290-0634 within 24 hours of placing the order.
 

After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed, materials may be ordered, production may begin, or labor may be scheduled. Therefore, cancellations requested after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for a refund.
 

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom furniture, reclaimed wood projects, woodworking creations, accent walls, wall paneling, and remodeling services are built specifically for each customer.
 

Once production has started, these orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
